Early access — first group forming now

The workout plan
follows you.

Not the other way around. Train your AI while you train — it learns from every session you log.

Gym today, pilates tomorrow, a skipped Monday — next week is rewritten around what actually happened. It's easier to stay consistent when the plan moves with you.

Your week, by muscle group.

How it works

A simple loop.

The app isn't trying to be clever. It's trying to be a closed loop between what you did and what you'll do next — something most training apps have stopped even attempting.

1

You train.

Log what you did — sets, reps, load, how it felt — in a logger built for mid-session. A few taps between sets.

2

It reads.

Every set becomes a data point. Volume, recovery, what you hit, what you avoided.

3

It writes.

Next week's plan is built on this week's data. Ask mid-session — it already knows.

No select boxes

Type it. Don't pick it.

Every app asks the same question: gain muscle, or lose weight? But what if your goal is gain muscle and fix your posture? There's no box for that. Here there's no list at all — your goal, your session, your changes are whatever you can write.

A goal

Gain muscle and fix my posture.

No dropdown has that option. It writes the weeks anyway.

A session

Can't make the gym today — give me 20 minutes from home.

That's a session. One workout, written for where you actually are.

An edit

Swap tomorrow's run for pilates, go easy on shoulders.

That's a change. The plan rewrites itself.

If you can write it, it can plan around it.

Here's where you are.

Weekly goal, muscles hit, recovery, last session — your baseline, all on one screen.

Here's what you can build.

Your next plan comes from your data, not a template. Ask, tune, confirm — it's yours.

Workout plan — built from your training history

Here's where you train the AI.

Every set you log is training data. Your logs aren't just records — they're shaping a coach only you have.

My left knee was tight after squats yesterday.
Noted. I'll flag it in your profile and skip deep flexion for the next week. Tomorrow's back squats → hip thrusts?
Yeah. What about Friday?
Friday's pull day is clear — no knee load. I'll check in next week before we decide on Monday's leg session.

Questions

FAQ.

How is this different from every other AI fitness app?

Most AI fitness apps are chatbots that generate a plan once and start every chat from zero. ChatGymity reads your full training history every time — your last three sessions, your recovery, your PRs, what you avoided. The coach is continuous, not stateless.

Will it be free?

No. Every chat runs on third-party LLMs that cost real money per call — we can't give that away. Pricing stays fair.

When does it launch?

Early access starts in waves through 2026. Public launch follows when the loop is solid end-to-end. We'd rather ship one good version than five rushed ones.

What if I've never trained seriously before?

The app doesn't assume knowledge. Tell it your goal and your time. It writes a starting plan and explains every exercise. The more you log, the more it learns what fits you.

Is my training data private?

Your logs are yours. We don't sell data, don't serve ads, and your AI context is scoped to your account only. Delete everything, permanently, anytime.
